Summer Time

Summer time makes us design in a different way - it's just an instinct and it happens without us realising. The colours we use and the products we choose go through our designer's minds in a very seasonal way. Partially this is influenced by the weather but mostly because of all the exciting trade shows we visit a few times a year - the products we find at different times of year inevitably end up in our designs!








Patios

We've had a couple of nice days so far this year (although we could always hope for more). In London, it's not often that we get the chance to design a patio (not many flats tend to have these) so when we DO get the chance to design a garden or patio, it's surprisingly exciting! Designing outdoor spaces is a very interesting process.









Outdoor Living

Although it's not been the best summer so far (again) here in the UK, we're keeping our fingers crossed that it will get better and we can start thinking about getting the patio furniture out. Decorating the outdoors for summer is just too much fun. :)








Beautifully Landscaped

The great British summer is finally here, if you can call it that. ;)
It would be great to be able to spend some time outdoors this summer, perhaps in a beautifully landscaped garden (low maintenance, London style, just how we like it). Have a look at these gorgeous gardens, I'd be delighted to spend an afternoon lounging in any one of these.
